LEGOLAND!!!

Before we make the big move back to Texas, we had to hit LEGOLAND! We had a blast! It is definitely somewhere we will have to come back to when the boys are a bit older! There's so much more to see, when there aren't naps anymore.

Matt had a great time digging for dinosaur bones.

After the exploration in the sand, we turned in the bucket, shovel and brush and Matt earned himself a Lego paleontologist. The Lego man went for a boat ride through Fairytale Land with us!

After the boat ride, we went to play at the playground for a bit!

Jonathan even found a place to hang out. Matt checked in on him a few times.

We had to drag Matt away from the playground so we could see what else was in the park. We found the Volvo Driving School. Matt was very excited about driving the car...

...until he realized he was really driving the car! That woman had to follow him around the whole time to make sure he didn't try a u-turn at every turn. I think he made it about 3/4 of a lap during his time in the driving school. He was a bit broken up about it all. Maybe next time!

Time for a helicopter ride!

Matt drove while Nick posed for pictures!

After the ride, he ran over to tell me all about it.

I think the part of the park that impressed us all was Miniland. It was amazing all of the cities with all of the details! Matt's favorite part was the UPS truck in New York City!

Matt got to drive a boat around too! His was the green one.

Matt took care of the speed while Nick steered.

Here's New Orleans at Mardi Gras.

San Francisco in Miniland

Daytona 500 was incredible too. The stands were full!

Inauguration Day at LEGOLAND was incredible!

More of D.C.

There is a walk of fame full of Presidents, and it was amazing. Here's George Washington in his Lego finest!
